Quality Management

Customer satisfaction and confidence is the key to the Yogeshwar Engineering Works mission statement. In order to guarantee high product quality on a sustained basis, Yogeshwar Engineering Works is certified according to JAS-ANZ ISO 9001 : 2008 All individual parts and finished products are subject to our regular quality controls. We analyze wear behavior, fatigue strength and breaking loads using state-of-the-art technical equipment.

Machining


Machining

We utilize state-of-the-art technology for mechanical processing. This enables us to produce bushes, pins. rollers, & also to link plates. sprocket with the highest degree of precision. Thanks to these flexible production capacities, the manufacturing of variable designs according to customer specification can be realized promptly and without any problems. In addition, all bushes, pins and rollers can be ground to a fine tolerance after heat treatment with precise grinders to ensure a perfect fit.

Production

Yogeshwar Engineering Works only offers the highest quality of products to its customers. To ensure this, we use only the latest production equipment and manufacturing methods. In addition, both our quality management and R&D department are engaged in the constant enhancement of our product quality. In order to ensure the continuous high quality of our products at all levels, We decided to adopt in-house production at an early stage. Furthermore. all Our products are based on the same quality specifications.

Heat Treatment


Heat Treatment

According to the area of operation, Our chains and sprockets undergo different heat treatment processes such as case hardening, quenching and tempering or induction hardening. Heat treatment leads to a higher wear resistance of the chain joints and thus increases the service life of the chain. Induction hardened tooth gaps significantly reduce the wear caused by the continuous interaction between chain and sprocket and hence ensure a trouble-free operation of the entire system over a long period of time.

Punching


Punching

Modem punching technology allows for an efficient serial production of link plates and attachments. All tools used for punching are designed and produced in the company's own tool shop. This is why a high pitch accuracy of the chains can be guaranteed. For further quality improvement all link plates and attachment are shot-peened after punching.

Final Assembly


Final Assembly

During the last production step. the individual chain components are assembled using hydraulically operated presses. Not until passing the final quality inspection are the products released for Dispatch
